Master Chef - APCC 2022

Graham Elliot
We're excited to have Master Chef Graham Elliot with us for APCC 2022. Chef Graham will be hosting our lunch on Friday, March 4 at Pounders Restaurant at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
We gain our name from a local beach, less than one mile away. A space where the sea meets the land through the crash of waves pushed by the salty wind from the east. It is iconic Hawaii. We used that inspiration to create a space dedicated to that power of nature, evident in how we play, how we rest, and what we eat. Pounders is focusing on using local fresh-picked produce, maintainable fishing practices, and earth-friendly/chemical-free food production.
We are proud to have a world-renowned chef and television personality, Graham Elliot, to lead our kitchen and help provide a memorable experience by highlighting the food, history, and culture of Hawaii and the Pacific.
Chef Graham has accrued many prestigious accolades including three James Beard Foundation nominations, recognized as one of Food & Wine Magazine’s “Best New Chefs” of 2004, being the youngest four-star chef in any major U.S. city at the age of 27, and opening his eponymous restaurant, Graham Elliot, in May 2008, which went on to become one of only 15 U.S. restaurants awarded two Michelin stars.
Chef has appeared on numerous shows including 10 seasons with the "MasterChef" and "MasterChef Junior" and three seasons as a judge on Bravo’s Top Chef. Chef is currently the host and star of Bravo’s digital series "Going Off the Menu" and recently participated in the series "Family Food Fight" on ABC.
